ARSIL-Dx is a liquid medicine for treatment of your dry cough. It consists of a combination of dextromethorphan, chlorpheniramine Maleate and phenylephrine. and is a product of Arya Pharmalab.

Dextromethorphan works by acting on various types of morphine receptors and other types like serotonin, sigma-1 and NMDA.

On the other hand, chlorpheniramine has both antihistamine (H1 antagonist) and decongestant properties.

Another molecule, phenylephrine is also a decongestant that relieves your congestion.
